i don't think so! pardon my directness, but don't you find livejournal one step down the blooging evolution chain? more than being a place where you write your thoughts, LJ seems to be a place to connect- and for that, you don't need a blog, do you?
if you really want to move- do it in style and start using Movable Type :)
